EK Water Blocks releases the EK-Vector Strix RTX Series of high-performance water blocks for the ROG Strix GeForce RTX Series graphics cards. The water block feature four integrated RGB LED sources that are fully supported by the ASUS Aura Sync software for customized and synchronized RGB lighting. It also comes with a terminal cover and one LED strip on each end of the water block for an equally distributed illumination. The water block supports ASUS ROG Strix RTX 2080 Ti, 2080, and 2070 graphics cards. No water block for the ROG Strix RTX 2060 Series yet.
EK-Vector Strix RTX
The EK-Vector Strix RTX takes inspiration from the new Vector cooling design with full coverage on all critical areas which include the GPU, VRAM, and VRMs. The EK Vector Strix RTX water blocks are designed in partnership with ASUS ROG for the ROG Strix GeForce RTX Series graphics cards. It features a single-slot thickness for a slim look, transforming the 2.5 PCIe slot to a low-profile water-cooled graphics card. EKWB created an EK-Vector Strix RTX water block for the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2070, ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 and ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti graphics cards.
To match the water blocks, EKWB also offers matching EK-Vector Strix RTX backplates made of high-quality aluminium which comes in anodized black and nickel colours. The backplate provides matching aesthetics and passive cooling for the components at the back of the graphics cards which includes the GPU core and circuit board VRM section. The current multi GPU FC Terminal connection bridges are compatible with these new water blocks. However, the EK-Vector GPU water block terminal cover is not compatible with FC Terminal X and FC Terminal (Legacy) multi GPU connectivity bridges.

The EK-Vector Strix RTX Series waterblocks are now available for pre-order at the EK webshop with an MSRP of 154.90€/$174.99 for the RTX 2080 Ti, RTX 2080, and RTX 2070 waterblocks.
