ASUS announces the TUF GAMING B760M-BTF WiFi D4 motherboard featuring a cable management-oriented PCB design having all the headers and connectors located at the back of the motherboard. The TUF GAMING B760M-BTF WiFi D4 motherboard is the fulfillment of the DIY-APE Revolution concept motherboards ASUS revealed last year. Sporting a compact micro-ATX form factor and the Intel B760 chipset - this motherboard would be cheaper than most Intel Z790 chipset-based motherboards and would make it easier for interested enthusiasts to try out this new and unconventional motherboard design.

The TUF GAMING B760M-BTF WiFi D4 motherboard, having the headers and connectors at the back, would create little to no wires on the visible side. However, this design would make it incompatible with the majority of gaming cases available in the market today. Nevertheless, the TUF GAMING B760M-BTF WiFi D4 would be the first of its kind to be sold as a standalone product if ever ASUS does sell it separately and not a part of a complete pre-built gaming PC like the AORUS Stealth Project sold on MAINGEAR. MSI also has a similar concept motherboard, the MSI Project Zero, but it is yet to be officially announced.

The TUF GAMING B760M-BTF WiFi D4 supports DDR4 memory, up to 128GB with its four DIMM slots. It has three M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs - two PCIe 4.0 M.2 at the front and one PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot at the back. The ARGB Gen2 headers of the motherboard are also located at the back along with two USB 2.0 headers, one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C header, and one USB 3.0 header. There are also four SATA 6.0 Gbps ports at the back of the motherboard. Lastly, the 24-pin motherboard and ATX power connectors are at the back - the two connectors that will likely cause incompatibility with a lot of cases.

ASUS did not reveal pricing as of this writing. Learn more about the TUF GAMING B760M-BTF WiFi D4 motherboard at ASUS.com.
